I’ve been a Christian for almost 9 years now…if you knew me before I found Jesus, you would have probably wondered how I even survived to the time I gave my heart to Christ.  I grew up with a very angry, hateful, and self-destructive heart, mostly due to events and situations from childhood.  Details aren’t necessary, however, there had always been a void in my life and I spent all my time trying to fill it with temporary remedies in search of some kind of peace or tranquility.  When I was 21, I asked Jesus into my life and to save me from my self-destruction.  And almost immediately, peace, joy, and content came over me, like nothing I’d known.  And to this day my life hasn’t been the same.
