I’ve tried before and it hasn’t WORKED.

Those of you who’ve quit, how the hell did you manage it ?

I tend to get my mind on something else. Oh, and stop buying them. It also helps when you don’t have any money to spend on extras like fags. But, I always tend to go right back to them. Like I seriously think I’m going to start again soon.

Wow, you’re younger than me. I thought we were the same age.

nothing works but cold turkey.  quit while you’re young enough to have not been too affected by them.  im 27 and have smoke 14 years, and i promise you dont wanna feel how i do everyday.  i never feel energized and walking anywhere is exhausting.  I quit one time for 2 1/2 years and i did it cold turkey and I’m about to quit once more.

…and you shouldnt start back…

oh, and hobbies helped a lot.
